All proceeds from “Cookin' on the Coosa” will be returned to Elmore County through ECCF’s 2013 Community Grants. ECCF’s annual grants program offers area nonprofits an opportunity to apply for program support in the areas of education, health and human services, historic preservation and cultural arts. Since 1997, the Foundation has distributed more than $1.1 million in grants and scholarships. ECCF is an affiliate of the Central Alabama Community Foundation.
