The summer prior to a student's Senior year, he/she must attend the mandatory Senior Leadership Conference. We understand that many opportunities are available to our Senior Bridge Builders® participants but feel that our Senior Conference is an important component of the Bridge Builders^® experience.  This conference is filled with specifically designed workshops to empower Senior Bridge Builders^® participants and provide them with the necessary skills to successfully fulfill their Senior year requirements, which include the leadership of a community needs assessment and project management.

During the senior year, participants work with other senior Bridges members to plan and implement a school-based community involvement project.  Seniors attend at least three skill-building meetings.  The final project is a short essay reflecting on the impact the program has provided. This essay provides Bridge Builders^® with a wealth of evaluative material on which to base future enhancements of the Bridge Builders^® program. It also gives members a chance to reflect on the knowledge, experience, and personal growth obtained from the program.
