CCFY - Coalition of Community Foundations
for Youth
The Coalition of Community Foundations for Youth (CCFY)
is a network of over 230 community foundations in communities
across the United States dedicated to securing improved
conditions for children, youth and families. Launched a
decade ago with support from the Rockefeller Foundation,
CCFY is now supported by more than a dozen national foundations
and over 100 of our own members through voluntary contributions.

(NRCA)
The mission of the Nonprofit Resource Center of Alabama
(NRCA) is ...to strengthen and support Alabama nonprofit
organizations in serving their communities. NRCA is a membership
organization open to any nonprofit [primarily 501(c)3 and
501(c)4] in Alabama. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations
around the state are members. Individual and Business memberships

The Community Foundation of Greater
Birmingham
Established in 1959, the fund has grown from modest beginnings
to assets of more than $114 million at year-end 2003. Its
grant making includes millions of dollars each year to nonprofit
organizations, primarily in the greater Birmingham area,
including Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount and Walker
counties.

Better Business Bureau
Since the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system

be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation
and consumer education.

Montgomery Schools District
There are about 33,000 students in our 36 elementary schools,
one elementary/middle school, eleven middle and junior high
schools and seven high schools. In addition to these schools,
the system has two alternative programs as well as three
schools designed to educate the physically and /or mentally
impaired.
